Role
Creative producer, stage screens
Performance
Manizha, Grand Final, Rotterdam
Year
2021

for manizha's performance in the rotterdam final, we visually built what happened on the screens behind her with a great team. we went looking through paintings by real painters and worked with stop-motion animators to make them move, so that a stage the size of a stadium could hold something that felt hand-made. it is an empowering song about the sheer power and omnipotence of women — the goal of these artworks was to show this beauty and power, and to reflect the meaning of the song.
